Erika is portrayed as narcoleptic, in the largely comedic Hollywood portrayal of the disorder. She may very well fall asleep at random times. This is not intended to represent true narcolepsy, nor to offend anyone with the actual disorder. It's simply the nature of her canon self, and if you have a problem with her interacting with your character simply tell me and I'll make sure it doesn't happen.
Also, she's entering with 6 Pokemon, magical creatures of varying sizes and shapes that are all ridiculously loyal to her. For the unfamiliar folks living under a rock, they posses JRPG style powers and weaknesses, and one or more of them will almost always be present with Erika. They aren't part of the scenery, and will probably interact with your character as well, and they each have distinct personalities and are for all intents and purposes sentient. The team she has with her is taken from the World Tournament Pokemon she uses during Black/White 2, and are as follows.
